a girl's best friend

It is time to retire the 1930's gas range.  We incorporated it into our kitchen thinking it was cool having something retro....but it is no longer fun cooking with it.  Check out the original manual.

Notice the 4 inch gap.  We were going to buy one that fits exactly in the slot, but we didn't like the burners.  We both agreed on this one, but it's too small.  Adrian plans to build a sliding spice drawer to fill up that space.
