This awesome family went clamming and gave us a bunch of GIANT clams. Adrian made clams with linguine. 
I continue to see 1234....and yes, that really is a blackberry....I know, I need to get a new phone.

10/26/2014 0 Comments Texas VisitI spent a week in Texas to be with Sister Trang to support her while she went through her 10th chemo session....and to see how she managed on a daily basis. The woman is amazing. She looks healthier than me. She keeps herself busy throughout the day, on the phone dealing with the health insurance company, taking her kids to softball/volleyball practices, cooking dinner for her family....just go, go, go... I got a chance to see Madison's volleyball game that ended in a victory. Watching her play makes me wish I would have played volleyball in high school.....I missed out on so much!     As luck would have it, I was able to see Amber crown this year's homecoming queen at Dobie's Homecoming game. Although it's my alma mater, I felt no connection to being a Dobie Longhorn....I did not feel nostalgic at all....which I found very interesting.    Then there was the untimely passing of Thu's Watson, which makes no sense at all. He cuddled up with me the night I first arrived. Sweet Sweet Watson.
